Community Health

ASEED’s health objective seeks to empower women, youth and children to take informed control of their own health by increasing their access to better quality health provision. In the domain of community health, ASEED functions to increase access to Health Education/ Promotion through the following interventions: + HIV/AIDS sensitizations and campaigns + PMTCT of HIV sensitizations + WASH sensitizations + Sexual and Reproductive Health education + Educating Men as partners in Maternal and child health issues + Donation of wheel chairs and mattresses to health institutions + Exclusive breastfeeding sensitization to nursing mothers + Promotion of adolescent health through school and college health clubs
